India Capital Growth Fund ("ICGF" or the "Company) announces, in accordance
with Listing Rule 9.6.14, that Nick Timberlake, an Independent Non-Executive
Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of CT
Automotive Group plc, a company listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock
Exchange.
