Results of Annual General Meeting - all resolutions passed

 

India Capital Growth Fund Limited (the "Company") announces the results of the
Annual General Meeting held earlier today, the details of which were set out
in the circular to Shareholders published by the Company on 10 April 2025 (the
"Circular"). Each of the resolutions proposed in the Circular were duly
