Total Voting Rights

 

The Company announces that following the share buybacks into treasury in
November 2025, the Company's total shares in issue amounts to 84,375,144 as at
30 November 2025.

 

Following the transactions in November 2025, the Company's issued share
capital comprises:

 

84,375,144 shares (excluding treasury shares)

 

28,127,029 shares held in treasury

 

112,502,173 shares (including treasury shares)

 

The total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 84,375,144 and
this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
