** Shares of India Pesticides Ltd  IDIP.NS  rise as much as
7% to 259 rupees, biggest intraday pct. gain since Sept. 15 
    ** The agrochemical company said on Tuesday its unit Shalvis
Specialities Ltd received clearance from India's Ministry of
Environment to set up a manufacturing plant in Sumerpur, Uttar
Pradesh
    ** Stock has been trading below its 100-day and 200-day
simple moving averages for more than two months
    ** More than 198,000 shares change hands by 9:32 a.m. IST vs
30-day avg of 87,778 shares
    ** Stock down 22.9% so far this year, up to last close
