** Shares of Indian Energy Exchange  IIAN.NS  fall as much
as 5.21% to 135.50 rupees, lowest in over a month
    ** Trading volume is 5.35 mln shares as of 2:38 p.m. IST,
0.9x the 30-day avg of 5.78 mln shares - Refinitiv data
    ** Fall comes after a report says that Dalmia Group plans to
reduce its 14.81% stake in IIAN before exiting entirely
    ** IIAN is yet to respond to Reuters' request seeking
confirmation of report
    ** Seven of 14 analysts tracking IIAN maintain "buy", four
suggest "sell" and three recommend "hold"; median PT is 144
