(IREDA)  INAR.NS  jumps 8% to 258 rupees 
    ** Co's board to consider fundraise of up to 45 bln rupees 
($536 mln) on Aug. 29 
    ** Stock set for first weekly gain in six, if trends hold 
    ** YTD stock has surged ~151%
