** Co signs 520 million rupees ($5.58 million) deal with Japanese e-commerce giant

** Deal for approximately 35,000 sq. ft. workspace in Bengaluru over a five-year period

** More than 102,996 shares change hands by 9:33 am IST vs 30-day avg of 59,327 shares

** Despite the gains, IDIQ down 19% YTD
