INDIVIOR PLC (THE 'COMPANY')

NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

The Company announces the following changes to interests of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') in the Ordinary Shares of $0.50 each in the Company ('Shares').

On March 14, 2025, a Conditional Award ('Award') over Ordinary Shares of $0.50 each ('Shares') was granted to Mark Crossley, Chief Executive Officer, under the Indivior Deferred Bonus Plan 2018 (the 'DBP').

An Award granted under the DBP represents the deferral of 25% of the gross bonus earned under the Indivior 2024 Annual Incentive Plan.  The Award will normally vest on the second anniversary of the Award date and is subject to continued employment. No consideration is payable either on the grant or vesting of the Award.
