Indivior PLC (the 'Company') - Director Declaration
Following the appointment of Tatjana May as a director of the Company and member of the Remuneration and Nomination & Governance Committees on February 1, 2017, the Board has reviewed the composition of the Board's Committees. As a result of this review, Daniel Tass, Senior Independent Director, has been appointed a member of the Science & Policy Committee and has stepped down from the Nomination & Governance Committee.
These changes became effective February 14, 2017.
The Company confirms there is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13.
