NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company announces that notification was received on 18 February 2015 that, Tony Goodman, a PDMR of the Company acquired an interest in 10,000 ordinary shares of US0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 18 February 2015. 
As a result of the above, Tony Goodman now has an interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares.
