INDIVIOR PLC (the 'Company')
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY (PDMR)
The Company has a sponsored Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) facility in the United States, with each ADR representing five ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company ('Shares'). ADRs are traded on the US over-the-counter market.
The Company announces that it received notification on 30 September 2015 that Debby Betz, a PDMR, purchased 1,400 ADRs, representing 7,000 Shares, on 29 September 2015 at a price of US$17.55 per ADR. The transaction took place in the United States of America.
As a result of this transaction, Debby Betz now has an interest in 22,900 Shares in the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
