NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMR)
The Company announces that on 1 December 2015 Frank Stier, a PDMR of the Company, was granted an option over 8,750 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company under the Indivior UK Savings Related Share Option Plan at an option price of 1.60 per share.The option was granted in conjunction with the entering into of a three-year savings contract. The option will become exercisable on 1 March 2019.
