INDIVIOR PLC (the 'Company')
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY (PDMR)
The Company has a sponsored Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) facility in the United States, with each ADR representing five ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company ('Shares'). ADRs are traded on the US over-the-counter market.
The Company announces that it received notification on 16 May 2016 that Debby Betz, a PDMR, purchased 8,300 ADRs, representing 41,500 Shares, on 12 May 2016 at a price of US$11.599 per ADR. A further purchase of 200 ADRs, representing 1,000shares at a price of US$11.62 per ADR was also made on 12 May 2016. Both transactions took place in the United States of America.
As a result of these transactions, Debby Betz now has an interest in 65,400 Shares in the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
