NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY (PDMR)
The notifications below were received under Paragraph 3.1.2 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Company announces that it received notification on 23 May 2016 that Timothy Baxter, a PDMR, exercised an option over 65,819 Ordinary Shares of US$0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 1.11 pence per share pursuant to the terms of the Indivior Long-Term Incentive Plan. All these shares were subsequently sold on 23 May 2016 at the price of 1.6831 pence per share.
A further sale by Timothy Baxter of 17,239Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.6775 pence per share was also made on 23 May 2016. 
As a result of these transactions, Timothy Baxter now has an interest in 4,249 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
