The Company announces that it received notification on February 24, 2017 that the following Directors acquired ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company at the price of 3.416 per Share
on February 24, 2017. Each purchase was made pursuant to the terms contained in the Letter of
Appointment each Director has with the Company.
