INDIVIOR PLC (THE 'COMPANY')

NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

The Company has a sponsored Level 1 American Depositary Receipt ('ADR') facility in the United States, with each ADR representing five Ordinary Shares of US$0.10 each in the Company ('Shares'). ADRs are traded on the US over-the-counter ('OTC') market.

The Company announces that it received notification on March 29, 2018 that Debby Betz, a PDMR, sold 11,415 ADRs, representing 57,075 Shares, at an average price of US$28.644 per ADR, and 8,000 OTC Shares, at an average of US$5.645 per Share, on March 29, 2018. These transactions resulted in a total sale of 65,075 Shares. The transactions took place in the United States of America.

As a result of the transactions, Debby Betz now has an interest in 116,062 Shares in the Company.
