Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company has today posted or made available to shareholders the following
documents:

-    Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended December 31, 2021 (the
'2021 Annual Report and Accounts');

-    Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting ('AGM'); and

-    Form of Proxy for the AGM.

In accordance with LR 9.6.1 and DTR 6.3.5, a copy of each of these documents
