INDIVIOR PLC (THE 'COMPANY')
NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
The Company announces that it received notification on August 10, 2021 that Mark Stejbach, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 5,424 shares at a price of £1.6590 per share on August 9, 2021 and a further 36,000 shares on August 10, 2021 at a price of £1.6163 per share.
Following this transaction, Mark Stejbach has an interest in 41,424 shares in the Company.
