NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING

The Company announces that it received notification on July 28, 2024 that Jeff
Burris, a PDMR and the Company's Chief Legal Officer, acquired 760 Ordinary
Shares of US$0.50 each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of $12.649 per
share on July 26, 2024.

Following this transaction, Jeff Burris has an interest in 760 shares in the
