NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

The Company announces that it received notification on July 29, 2024 that
Juliet Thompson, a

Non-Executive Director of the Company, and Timothy Thompson, a person closely
associated with Juliet Thompson, acquired a total of 3,850 Ordinary Shares of
US$0.50 each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of $12.777 per share on July
26, 2024.

Following this transaction, Juliet Thompson has an interest in 3,850 shares in
the Company.
