NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING

The Company announces that it received notification on March 10, 2025 that Dr.
Keith Humphreys, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired a total of
1,500 Ordinary Shares of US$0.50 each in the Company ('Shares') at an average
price of $9.149 per Share on March 10, 2025.
