Indivior to Participate in Jefferies 2022 Healthcare Conference

Slough, UK and Richmond, VA - May 24, 2022 - Indivior PLC (LON: INDV) today
announced that Mark Crossley, Chief Executive Officer, and Ryan Preblick,
Chief Financial Officer, will participate in the Jefferies 2022 Healthcare
Conference in New York City. Mark Crossley will present on June 8, 2022, at
