   capacitors private limited have been cancelled pursuant to the scheme of 
   amalgamation and arrangement

Indokem Ltd has informed BSE that 171588 Fully Paid Equity Shares of the Company of Rs. 10/- each held by Khatau Capacitors Private Limited have been cancelled pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement as approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay Scheme vide order dated September 04, 2015.
