May 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1930 GMT on Wednesday:

** Industrial equipment maker Ametek  said it would acquire the instrumentation businesses of valve and pump manufacturer Indicor for about $5 billion in cash.

** WTW has completed the acquisition of workplace pension and savings provider Cushon, the broker said.

** Stack Infrastructure, a data centre firm owned by Blue Owl Capital, is considering its options, including a sale of its Asia operations in a deal valued at more than $30 billion, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

**AIG has agreed to sell approximately 25 million shares of common stock of Corebridge Financial, representing its remaining stake in the company.

** Bayer  said that it will buy biopharmaceutical company Perfuse Therapeutics to complement its ophthalmology pipeline.

** Australia's Atlas Arteria   rejected a proposal from IFM Global Infrastructure Fund to buy the toll road operator at a valuation of A$6.89 billion ($4.95 billion), saying the "highly conditional" offer materially undervalued it.

** Australia's DigiCo Infrastructure REIT  said it has struck a deal with a North American fund manager to sell its CHI1 data center facility in Chicago for $750 million.

** Insurance giant American International Group  said on Tuesday it had agreed to sell its remaining stake in life insurance and retirement firm Corebridge Financial , marking the culmination of a five-year separation.

** K2 Insurance Services has acquired Oculus Underwriters, a specialist in small commercial property and businessowners policy coverage, according to people familiar with the matter, folding the business into Vikco Insurance Services, its existing small commercial property brand.
