Renault CEO says strategy head to leave to become Indra CEO on July 1 BRUSSELS, June 10 (Reuters) - Renault's RENA.PA Chief Executive Francois Provost said on Wednesday the carmaker's head of strategy Josep Maria Recasens will leave the company to take over as CEO of Spanish defence company Indra IDR.MC on July 1.
Recasens' departure will have no impact on Renault's strategic plan, Provost said.
Indra, which is 28% owned by the Spanish government through state holding SEPI, announced the appointment on May 26.
Indra had said the change would be effective on June 17.
