INDRA IDR.MC 
Indra has signed a memorandum of understanding with Ukraine's air navigation service provider UkSATSE to support the recovery, modernisation, progressive reactivation and digitisation of Ukraine's air traffic management systems and critical infrastructure, the company said on Wednesday.

FERROVIAL FER.MC, FCC FCC.MC
A Ferrovial-led consortium including Cintra and Budimex submitted the lowest-priced bid for the Czech Republic's D35 toll motorway PPP project, ahead of an FCC-led group, positioning both Spanish companies in a €4 billion infrastructure concession tender, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Thursday.

Telefonica and Pontegadea, the investment vehicle of Amancio Ortega, have hired J.P. Morgan and Guggenheim to relaunch the sale of Telxius' submarine cable business, Spanish newspaper El Confidencial reported on Thursday, citing sources familiar with the matter.

MAPFRE MAP.MC
Mapfre said it will not use artificial intelligence adoption to reduce headcount, instead focusing on employee training while expanding AI tools across customer service, claims management and underwriting processes, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Thursday, citing an interview with Chairman Antonio Huertas.
