FERROVIAL FERF.AS 
Ferrovial said on Thursday it set scrip dividend ratio at 1 new share per 103.5826 existing shares. 

ACS ACS.MC
ACS's unit CIMIC said on Thursday its Thiess unit secured three contracts across Australian gold and critical minerals projects.
Separately, Turner Construction said on Thursday Kentucky Infrastructure Partners reached financial close on a $580 million utility plant, appointing Walsh-Turner as design-builder. 

INDRA IDR.MC
Defence companies including European aerospace giant Airbus AIR.PA and Indra IDR.MC signed a joint statement on Thursday offering Spain's Defence Ministry their capabilities to develop an alternative to the FCAS fighter jet project.
        
ACCIONA ENERGIA ANE.MC 
Global infrastructure funds, including Blackstone, Brookfield and KKR, are forming consortia to bid for stakes in Acciona Energia, which will seek non-binding offers in the second half of July after sharing detailed information to potential buyers, Spanish economic newspaper Expansion reported on Friday, citing market sources.

GRIFOLS GRLS.MC 
Grifols will invest a further €180 million between 2026 and 2029 in its plasma-medicines joint venture in Egypt, on top of €280 million already committed over five years, as the project enters a second phase, Spanish newspaper El Confidencial reported on Friday.

TUBACEX TUBA.MC 
Tubacex plans to implement a temporary layoff scheme (ERTE) from next week after profits fell more than 80% in the first quarter due to Middle East disruption, despite recently agreeing a 2025–2029 labour pact for its Basque plants, Spanish newspaper El Economista reported on Thursday.
