AIM Rule 17 Schedule 2(g) Update

 

Induction (AIM: INHC), a leading virtual care platform driving digital
transformation of healthcare systems worldwide, announces the following
information relating to directors' disclosure under Schedule Two, paragraph
(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

 

Chris Spencer, non-executive Chairman, has been a director of a private
company, Acea Health Limited, since 2 April 2018.  On 29 March 2022, Acea
Health Limited entered into creditors voluntary liquidation.
