Purchase of shares by Executive Chair

 

Induction (AIM: INHC), a leading digital health platform driving
transformation of healthcare systems worldwide, announces that Christopher
Samler, Executive Chair purchased 266,667 ordinary shares in the Company at
22.5 pence on 13 January 2023.

 

As a result, Mr Samler holds 266,667 ordinary shares, representing 0.29 per
cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
