Induction Healthcare (AIM: INHC), a leading digital health platform driving
transformation of healthcare systems worldwide announces that Andy Williams
has submitted his resignation to the Board, stepping down from his position as
Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination
Committees of the Board with immediate effect.

 

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Andy for his
contribution to the Company and wish him well for the future.
