Publication of Full Year Financial Results Delayed

 

London, UK - 27 June 2024: Induction Healthcare Group PLC ("Induction", the
"Company", or the "Group"; AIM: INHC), a leading digital health platform
driving transformation of healthcare systems, today announces that the Group's
audited final results for the year ended 31 March 2024 ("Results") will not be
published on 1 July 2024, the previously planned date.

 

As detailed in the full year trading update announced on 29 April, the Results
are expected to be in line with market expectations and the delay is due to
the audit process not having yet concluded.

 

The Group will announce its results no later than 8 July 2024.
