Corporate and Operational Update

 

Indus Gas Limited (AIM:IDNI) announces that it is still awaiting the extension
to the Production Sharing Contract ("PSC") for Block RJ-ON/6. Additionally,
gas sales to GAIL and associated revenue remain low. Granting an extension to
the PSC is expected to facilitate a renewed contract with GAIL.

As previously announced, the Company will seek further funding as and when
required from sources that may include shareholders.
