Directorate change
Indus Gas Limited (AIM:INDI.L), an oil and gas exploration and development company with assets in India, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Keeling as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. Jonathan will serve on the audit, remuneration and nomination committees of the Company.
Jonathan was a founding partner and a main board member of Arden Partners plc, a small and mid-cap institutional stockbroker and Jonathan's career in equity capital markets spans in excess of 30 years.  Prior to Arden, Jonathan worked at Albert E Sharp, Harris Allday and Old Mutual Securities. Jonathan is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
Commenting, Peter Cockburn, Chairman of Indus, said:
