Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Indus Gas Limited (AIM:INDI), an oil and gas exploration and development
company, announces that it has sent a formal Notice of its 2023 Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") (the "Notice of AGM") to shareholders.

 

The AGM will be held at PO Box 112, St Martins House, Le Bordage, St Peter
Port, Guernsey GY1 4EA on 31 October 2023 at 11.00 a.m. (GMT). The Notice of
AGM, detailing all proposed resolutions, will be available on the Company's
