Posting of Accounts and Notice of AGM

 

Indus Gas Limited (AIM:INDI), an oil and gas exploration and development
company, announces that it will shortly be posting its 2025 annual report and
accounts, together with a formal Notice of its 2025 Annual General Meeting
("AGM") (the "Notice of AGM"), to shareholders.

 

The AGM will be held at PO Box 112, St Martins House, Le Bordage, St Peter
Port, Guernsey GY1 4EA on 31 October 2025 at 11.00 a.m. (GMT). The Notice of
AGM, detailing all proposed resolutions, will be available on the Company's
