    ** Co's UK parent, Vodafone Group  VOD.L  is looking to sell
its entire $2.3 bln stake in Indus Towers  INUS.NS  via stock

    ** Over 1 bln shares traded, slightly higher than the 30-day
avg of 982 mln shares
    ** Mean rating of all analysts covering stock is "Hold";

2023, it biggest yearly gain
