** Shares of telecom operator Vodafone Idea VODA.NS jumps
10% to 3-month high of 10.53 rupees apiece
** Government considering industry's demand to waive penalty
and interest component of Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR), reports

bln)
** Trading vol of over 970 mln shares is 2x the 3-month
daily avg
** Shares of Indus Towers INUS.NS , which has trade
receivables against VODA, is up around 4%
($1 = 86.5190 Indian rupees)
