Dec 3 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy: INDITEX ITX.MC Zara owner Inditex said sales grew 10.6% in constant currency over the start of its fourth quarter, beating analysts' expectations for the November period that includes the crucial Black Friday sales. ACS ACS.MC ACS's Turner has signed a $1.7 billion Project Labor Agreement with Battery Park City Authority for flood-protection works around luxury skyscrapers in New York, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Tuesday. Separately on Wednesday, the newspaper reported that ACS, through its German unit Hochtief, will invest up to 130 million euros in Vulcan Energy and join Germany's Lionheart lithium project, considered Europe's largest extraction and processing initiative. FERROVIAL FERF.AS JP Morgan rises its target price to 65 euros from 58 euros. ENAGAS ENAG.MC Citigroup cuts it to "sell" from "neutral" and rises its target price to 13.1 euros from 12.8 euros.
