SABADELL SABE.MC, BBVA BBVA.MC Sabadell Chief Executive Cesar Gonzalez-Bueno expects BBVA BBVA.MC to submit a higher offer for his bank, he said on Tuesday, adding that its Spanish competitor's hostile takeover bid undervalues the lender.
