Publication of Drawdown Offering Circular

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited announces today that it has
published a drawdown offering circular dated 25 May 2022 (the "Drawdown
Offering Circular") in connection with the issuance of green bonds comprising
(i) U.S.$1,200,000,000 2.95 per cent. Notes due 2025 and HKD2,000,000,000 2.95
per cent. Notes due 2024 by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited,
Hong Kong Branch; (ii) EUR300,000,000 1.625 per cent. Notes due 2025 by
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, London Branch; (iii)
CNY2,000,000,000 3.200 per cent. Notes due 2024 by Industrial and Commercial
Bank of China Limited, Dubai (DIFC) Branch; and (iv) U.S.$600,000,000 Floating
Rate Notes due 2025 by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited,
Singapore Branch (together, the "Notes") under its U.S.$20,000,000,000 Global
Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Notes are expected to be admitted to trading on the International
Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange on 6 June 2022.

The Drawdown Offering Circular must be read and construed as one document in
conjunction with the original offering circular dated 23 May 2022 in
connection with the Programme, which is appended as Annex I to the Drawdown
Offering Circular.
