Publication of Drawdown Offering Circular

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited announces today that it has
published a drawdown offering circular dated 16 May 2024 (the "Drawdown
Offering Circular") in connection with the issuance of green bonds comprising
(i) U.S.$1,000,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 2027 by Industrial and
Commercial Bank of China Limited, Hong Kong Branch; (ii) CNY3,000,000,000 2.88
per cent. Notes due 2027 by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited,
Singapore Branch; and (iii) EUR300,000,000 3.697 per cent. Notes due 2027 by
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, London Branch (together, the
"Notes") under its U.S.$20,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the
"Programme").

The Notes are expected to be admitted to trading on the International
Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange on 24 May 2024.

The Drawdown Offering Circular must be read and construed as one document in
conjunction with the original offering circular dated 16 October 2023 in
connection with the Programme, which is appended as Annex I to the Drawdown
Offering Circular.

available for viewing.
