shareholders:

December 2024

·     Sustainability Report 2024

·     Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) that will be held
on Thursday 19 June 2025 at Maison Albar Hotel, 6 avenue de Suede, 06000 Nice,
France starting at 10am CEST (9am BST) and via the Lumi electronic meeting
platform

·     Form of Proxy for the 2025 AGM
