Informa (LSE: INF.L) announces that Maria Kyriacou, Non-Executive Director at
Informa PLC, will stand for appointment as Chairperson of the Supervisory
Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE at its Annual General Meeting on 28 May 2025.
Confirmation of this appointment will be made in due course.
