Director Declaration

Informa (LSE: INF.L) announces that John Rishton, serving Board Chair at
Informa PLC, will join the Board of Imperial Brands PLC as a Non-Executive
Director and Chair Designate with effect from 13 July 2026, taking up the role
of Chair on 1 December 2026.

John is also a Non-Executive Director of Diageo plc.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligation under paragraph 6.4.9R
(2) of the Listing Rules.
