Exercise-to-Cover Transactions
Directors Dealings
Informa (LSE: INF.L), the international B2B Markets, Knowledge Services and
Business Intelligence Group today confirmed recent Exercise-to-Cover
transactions by Executive Directors.
Following the publication of Informa's 2021 Annual Results, all three
Executive Directors (Chief Executive, Stephen A. Carter, Finance Director,
Gareth Wright, Chief Operating Officer, Patrick Martell) have undertaken
Exercise-to-Cover transactions in relation to Long-Term Incentive Plan awards.
These transactions specifically cover the income tax liability that becomes
payable on the vesting and exercise of these share plans. In aggregate 850,141
shares were sold at an average price of 602.26478p to cover the liabilities of
all three Directors.
All underlying shares were retained and all three Executive Directors continue
to hold shares in excess of the shareholding requirements set within the
Group's Remuneration Policy.
The notifications set out on in the Appendix are disclosed in accordance with
Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
