Services and Academic Markets Group, has been notified that Maria Kyriacou,
Non-Executive Director, purchased 6,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the
Company today at a price of £8.037956 per share.

Following this purchase, Maria Kyriacou holds 6,000 ordinary shares in the
