2022 Annual General Meeting

following documents have now been posted or otherwise made available to
shareholders:

·     Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on
Thursday 16 June 2022 at the Company's office at 240 Blackfriars Road, London
SE1 8BF, starting at 11am.

·     Form of Proxy for the 2022 AGM

These documents are in the process of being submitted to the Financial
Conduct Authority's Electronic Submission System and will shortly be available
