Total Voting Rights

Further to the Company's announcements on 9 March 2023 regarding the
acquisition of Tarsus, and on 12 April 2023 regarding a listing application,
the Company has issued 25,957,663 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each.
These shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List and to trading
on the Main Market for listed securities on 19 April 2023.

As a result of the issuance, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in
issue, and its total voting rights, will be 1,417,712,376 ordinary shares.
The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
