** Salesforce is in talks to acquire software company Informatica, Bloomberg News reports, citing people familiar with the matter

** Cloud Software Group has been interested in Informatica too - report

** Informatica shares up 20% at $22.92

** Up to last close, INFA down 11% and CRM down 18.2% YTD
