** Stock marks biggest intraday pct gain since June 23

** Co reports unaudited underlying EBITDA of A$11 mln ($7.3 mln) in FY25, a sharp surge from A$1.7 mln in FY24

** Says annual revenue at A$102.4 mln vs year-ago A$90.9 mln

** Evaluating acquisition opportunities to bolster FY26 organic growth; FY26 guidance expected in August when it announces audited results

** About 152,432 shares traded, 4.1x the 30-day avg
